Thank you for considering/purchasing some of my designs. I utilize two separate online storefront for two separate purposes:

  1. Stickers and pouches are in stock and ready to ship from my office, though it may take a day or two to get them in the mail.
  2. Apparel, paper, and larger items are printed on demand for you by Printful. I designed everything but thanks to them I can offer a wide range of products without being burdened with maintaining inventory. It is also more sustainable for the planet as it eliminates overproduction.

If you purchased stickers or my Akron Gold pouch (lizscottdesigns.square.site). You’re awesome but I’m afraid returns are not available. If it’s because of a default in the product, please email me, and I may be able to send you a replacement.

If you purchased larger items (lizscottdesigns.printful.me), please email me and I will guide you on your Printful return, but it is only for quality issues. Be sure to save the package it came in! Some of Printful’s policies:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself .

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
